Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Within 5 Days: If you cancel your stay within 5 days of your arrival date, or cancel during your stay, a 5% cancellation fee will apply.

Rate Types: We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates.

Early Departures: If you leave earlier than planned, your refund will be based on the actual number of days you stayed:

If you booked a monthly rate but stayed less time, you will be charged the applicable weekly or daily rate, and the difference will be refunded.

If you booked a weekly rate but stayed fewer days, you will be charged the applicable daily rate for those days, and the difference will be refunded.

No Prorating at Discounted Rates: Refunds are calculated based on the standard daily, weekly, or monthly rates—not discounted or prorated amounts.
Example:
If you booked a week but stayed only 4 days, you will be charged the daily rate for 4 days, not the weekly rate.

Each site price includes up to two persons, up to two pets, Wi-Fi, water, sewer and electricity.
All major credit cards are accepted.
DISCOUNTS:
10% discount on daily rate only for Good Sam members
10% discount for active military members (must call office to book). Cannot be combined with Good sam discount or duration discounts.
